The U.S. Embassy will consider all quotations which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

The deadline for submittal of quotations is 12:00 noon (Baghdad time) on February 20, 2012. Quotations can be submitted electronically to BaghdadGSOProcBid@state.gov  or in hard copy to the U.S. Embassy Baghdad as per instructions enclosed.  Quotations submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
