Anbar PRT Delivers TOEFL Materials to Anbar University
June 27 The Anbar PRT Public Diplomacy Officer, Kelli Cook, delivered over 750 TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) study books and CDs for Anbar University's English Language Department. The materials were acquired though a US Embassy micro-purchase grant. Anbar University is one of the few certified TOEFL testing centers in Iraq.
