The U.S. Embassy in Baghdad intends to award a fixed-price contract for the provision of landscaping and irrigation enhancements at the U.S CG in Basrah, Iraq. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please download the below listed invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit and pre-proposal conference at the site, and all prospective offerors are welcome to attend. See Section L of the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) for information on how to register for the site visit.
The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

The deadline for submittal of quotes is 12:00 noon (Baghdad time) on December 29th, 2011. All bids must be submitted electronically to BaghdadGSOProcBid@state.gov or hand delivered as per the instructions provided. Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
