The U.S. Embassy in Baghdad intends to award a fixed-price contract for Internet Connectivity Services at the American Embassy Diplomatic Presence Office (DPO) Kirkuk and the Kirkuk Government Building (KGB) in Kirkuk, Iraq. If you are interested in submitting a quotation, please download the below listed invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit and pre-quotation conference at the site, and all prospective offerors are welcome to attend. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) for information about the site visit time and place. Please fill in the Site Visit Application Form and submit it to BaghdadGSOProcurement@state.gov
The U.S. Embassy will consider all quotations which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

The deadline for submittal of quotations is 12:00 noon (Baghdad time) on January 26, 2012. Quotation can be submitted electronically to BaghdadGSOProcBid@state.gov or in hard copy to the U.S. Embassy Baghdad as per instructions enclosed. Quotations submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
