Public hours for American Citizen Services are Sunday through Thursday, 08:00 to 12:00, by appointment.  We are closed on U.S. and Iraqi holidays.

You may make an appointment for the following services:

• U.S. passport services, including first-time passports, renewals, extra visa pages, and help with lost or stolen passports
• Reporting the birth of a U.S. citizen abroad
• Notarial and other services, including help with U.S. federal benefits

Please remember that your appointment time is the time you should arrive at the security check point.  We will send you instructions on how to enter the International Zone and Embassy for consular services by email the day before your appointment.
