Many Iraqi scholarship students require Conditional Admission because they do not have high enough TOEFL or GRE test scores to be accepted directly into graduate programs. Some U.S. universities can offer Conditional Admission to Iraqi scholarship students for master's and PhD programs.  The below 12 U.S. universities can offer flexibile admission to Iraqi scholarship students in some fields of study.  Please read the booklet with information about the programs they offer.

The universities are:

Fairleigh Dickinson University
Marywood University
Michigan State University
Missouri State University
Portland State University
Rochester Institute of Technology
Southern Illinois University Carbondale
University of Bridgeport
University of Cincinnati
University of Delaware
University of Illinois at Chicago
Valparaiso University

These events were organized by EducationUSA Iraq, which is funded by the U.S. Government, to encourage more Iraqi students to study at U.S. universities.
