On Saturday, March 24th, the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad organized a soccer clinic in honor of Women’s History Month for 20 female soccer players and their coaches from Baghdad University.  The clinic was led by Mr. Eric Barbee, an American soccer coach and athlete who coached women’s soccer teams in the United States.  During the clinic, participants had an opportunity to learn more about women’s soccer in the United States, watch and analyze technical footage of the U.S. Women’s National Team, and participate in a soccer exercises and games to improve their soccer techniques and skills.
